Our Stamp story

Brunch is laid-back, brunch is social, and brunch is all about choice. We've put our own stamp on it.

The best time of day to eat

At Stamp Brasserie we believe brunch is the most exciting time of day to eat. It's the window between breakfast and lunch, made for relaxed dining, good conversation and dishes that are comforting and full of flavour.

We're no strangers to the brasserie scene: Stamp was founded by the guys behind Dobar. It comes from years of hands-on hospitality, a love of the craft and a passion for great food and thoughtful service.

The kitchen has more to give after brunch. From Friday to Sunday evenings it's steak frites from 6pm to 11pm, and Sundays are for a classic roast alongside the brunch menu.

We're big on bold flavours, proud to champion diversity and committed to celebrating inclusion. Come and put your own stamp on a new brasserie experience.
